Flu Shot Clinic

Flu shots will be available for students who are nine years and older and attend BMS and BHS. All BISD staff may receive a flu shot at their designated campus. Consent forms can be found on the BISD Website. Look for the Screening Checklist form with the Blanco Pharmacy & Wellness logo.

Please attach a copy of your insurance or Medicaid card with the completed consent form and return it to the campus where your child will receive their shot. You may also email the completed paperwork to robin.johnson@blancoisd.org. If you do not have medical insurance or Medicaid, flu shots will be available for $35. Flu shot consent forms will also be available in the front office at each BISD campus.
