Online Registration

Online registration for ALL returning BISD students is now LIVE! Click this link https://asctxportal.esc13.net/ParentPortal/login?distid=016902  to access the Parent Portal and register your returning student(s) for the 2022-2023 school year. One important thing to remember is that the parent/guardian email used for the Parent Portal must match the email listed in our student information system under contacts. Also, if you have never registered online you MUST have a parent portal ID for your child. To obtain your parent portal ID please contact the appropriate campus.  

When you login to your parent portal, you will see a button that says “Resume Registration”. If you don't see this screen it means that you have not linked your students in the parent portal.  At this point, you will need to contact the school to get your portal ID.

Completing returning student registration online means that you will update and fill out documents online.  Prior to this year BMS and BHS were utilizing this option.  This year, BES will also be utilizing this. Completing this registration process online, replaces the first day paper packet.

To enroll a student that is NEW to the district, you will need to create an account first by going to https://asctxportal.esc13.net/ParentPortal/login?distid=016902.
